Step by step hard reset Lenovo A6000/ Lenovo A6000 Plus.
1. First turn off phone Lenovo A6000.
2. Press and hold Power button & Volume Up.
3. When menu recovery mode appears, you remove your fingers from the phone.
4. Use Volume Key select "wipe data/factory reset" and press Power key to confirm.
5. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Powerkey to select.
6. Choose "reboot system now" restart phone.
7. Done.
